There is a lot of information in this podcast that anyone wanting to get into instructing needs to know. Besides instructor insurance, the information about waivers is just as important, if not more so. I was so impressed with Mr. Ooley I contacted his firm for my business waiver. The one point that stands out about waivers is lawyers look for avenues for liability if there is an incident during the event/ training. Mr. Ooley not only is an attorney but also instructs firearm classes which provides a unique perspective where those avenues could be.
Thanks Rob for having such interesting and knowledge guests!
